Wednesday - Repeat workout
Friday -  1RM Squat Snatch

Every 2 minutes, perform the following percentages
Sets 1-2: 3 @75%
Sets 3-4: 2 @85%
Sets 5-6: 1-2 @95-97%

*5 Minutes to warm up: 1x5 @ 50%, 1x4 @ 60-65%
